KPF Kingsport Fencing provides professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services in Kingsport, Tennessee and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to wood fences, vinyl and PVC fences, chain-link fences, aluminum fences, pool fencing, and commercial fencing solutions.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by KPF Kingsport Fencing are based on information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions, material costs, or project scope changes from the original assessment.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. We reserve the right to revise pricing after this period to reflect current material and labor costs.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your contract.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to place liens on properties for unpaid balances in accordance with Tennessee state law.

5. Property Access and Permits

Customers are responsible for ensuring we have clear access to the work area and for obtaining any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals before work begins. We can assist with permit applications, but final approval responsibility rests with the property owner.

Customers must mark or identify all underground utilities before work begins. While we take precautions, damage to unmarked utilities is the responsibility of the property owner.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on our installation services as specified in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by weather events, accidents, improper maintenance, or modifications made by anyone other than KPF Kingsport Fencing.

7. Limitation of Liability

KPF Kingsport Fencing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Claims for damage or injury should be reported immediately and will be handled in accordance with our insurance policies.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in cancellation fees as outlined in your service agreement.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at your convenience.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of KPF Kingsport Fencing and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
